The terms you agree to when you order from Raaj Store online.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted once we confirm it. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and cancel that line rather than substitute something else.
Prices and payment
All prices on this website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable tax shown at checkout. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you place the order. We accept two payment methods: Cash on Delivery, where you pay the courier on arrival, and Bank Transfer, where we process your order once the transfer clears. We do not take card payments on this website.
Delivery
We deliver to the address you enter at checkout. Please make sure the address and phone number are correct, because the courier uses them to reach you. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns and faulty goods
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@raajstore.com with your order number and a photograph, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be returned for any other reason.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for orders placed from your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative and colours can vary between screens. Tools must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions and any safety guidance supplied with them.
