1. What do you sell?
Hardware and home improvement supplies: power and hand tools, water pumps, measuring tools and safety equipment. Everything we can ship is listed under Products.
2. How do I pay for an order?
Checkout accepts two offline methods. With Cash on Delivery you pay the courier when your order arrives. With Bank Transfer we confirm your order once the transfer clears. All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees. We do not take card payments on this website, so we never see or store card numbers.
3. Do you deliver across Pakistan, and what does it cost?
Yes. Enter your delivery address at checkout and the delivery options available for it, with their charges, are shown before you pay. Delivery timelines are estimates rather than guarantees, and the courier uses the phone number you enter, so please check it.
4. How do I check what happened to my order?
Sign in and open your orders. Every order you have placed with the same email address is listed there with its items and totals. If something looks wrong, email orders@raajstore.com with the order number.
5. Something arrived damaged. What now?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. The full rule, including returns for other reasons, is in the terms of service.
