Privacy Policy
How Raaj Store handles the information you give us on this website.
What we collect
When you create an account we store your first name, last name and email address, and a one-way hash of your password. When you place an order we store the delivery details you enter: name, address, city, province, postal code, country and phone number.
What we do not collect
We do not take card payments on this website, so we never see or store card numbers. Checkout offers Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer only.
Why we use it
We use your details to process and deliver your orders, to answer the messages you send us, and to keep your account working. We do not sell your information.
Who else sees it
Your order details are shared with the courier who delivers your order. The website runs on our own hosted store backend. There is no analytics, advertising or newsletter provider connected to this site.
Cookies
We set a session cookie when you sign in, so that the site knows you are logged in as you move between pages, and one that remembers your cart between visits. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its data. Email orders@raajstore.com and we will confirm once it is done. Deleting your account does not remove records we are required to keep for completed orders.
